GMC’s response to the Cadillac and Chevrolet nameplates
July 10th, 2009
GMC’s response to the Cadillac and Chevrolet nameplates plus General Motors SUVs is the 2005 GMC Denali. Among GMC’s car versions, Denali is the most luxurious. It is undoubtedly full sized but is slightly smaller compared to the largest SUV. This vehicle is perfect for family outings especially with a boat or jet-ski in tow. The Denali can pack up to nine passengers. It has a three row seating arrangement where the third row can be dismantled or folded up to suit the owners’ needs. The bucket seats which are located in the middle or the second row are fully adjustable one by one to suit the individual needs of the passenger. For comparison purposes, Suburban and Expedition are quite longer than the Denali and the latter is easier to maneuver in your garage. The Denali possesses a potent 325 horsepower V8 engine and a torque of 370 lbs/foot. The negative aspect of such a powerful machine is its gas consumption. You can only get 12 miles per gas inside the city limits and 16 miles per gas when on the super highways. However, this can’t be an issue today with oil prices at an all time low. Denali also displays the following features: automatic transmission, all-wheel drive without low range gearing and an advance braking system. On treacherous paths such as gravel, rugged-two tracks, mud and snow you will be guaranteed of a smooth and safe ride. Quadrasteer is the car’s steering device that helps reduce the turning circle during low speeds and it also assists in improving the stability of the car when towing something at great speeds. Your safety has been well thought of in advance with the car’s tire-pressure monitor and sophisticated Hydroboost brakes plus GM’s Stabilitrak antiskid system. In addition, a power adjustable pedal and multi-zone automatic climate system can be controlled through the front or rear. An optional add-on is the audio or navigation system that has a control touch screen. The interior of the Denali is luxurious and cozy plus, well-situated features with convenience deliberately behind its location. The plush leather seats are so inviting and comfortable. The shoulder harnesses which are located on the seats are well-fitting and trouble-free to use. All controls such as switchgear and ancillary are located near the driver in front of the car. A Bose nine-speaker with subwoofer and an enhanced radio reception are one of the optional accompaniments. The 2005 GMC Yukon Denali is a must have for the family! You can personalize your Denali according to your whims. Embellishments such as custom grill, custom wheels and even custom doors are available! If you want power, luxury and prestige all rolled into one package -the 2005 GMC Denali has it all!
