People who had a lot of money were the only ones that could afford plastic operation some 2 decades ago. These are mostly celebrities and other public figures that have a need to change their appearance. Now we have a lot of people accepting cosmetic surgeries as something natural and positive, since so many other people already used it for their benefit. And now we have teenagers wanting to improve their looks and doctors who are willing to operate. It is hard to see a young body that hasn’t even developed yet to go under a knife for two or three thousand dollars. And it is most likely that the situation will go to worse condition since the prices are going down and there is no law that can prevent this from happening. We will have to wait a bit more to see what kind of dangers will this bring us in the future.

We all start to see cosmetic and plastic surgery as a less of a taboo since there were so many people who already used it. It’s not hard to notice that more and more young teenagers want to change their undeveloped bodies, while the doctors who can do this are willing to proceed with the operation. I think none of us wants to see young teenagers who are not mature yet using their bodies in such a way. It is understandable that situation will go from bad to worse, since the prices are still going down and the law we have is not enough to make a difference here. Young minds are definitely going to be changed by these decisions, and that will surely affect the whole society as well.
